Co-Director
Dave Bechard has stepped up to be a Co-Director of the Minneapolis Commodores as of March 2022. He started his 'Barbershop Career' in Michigan with the MountainTown Singers chorus (Mt. Pleasant, MI) and a College Quartet. In his college years, he was fortunate enough to compete on the International Stage, both in chorus and quartet ('07-'11).
After graduating with a Bachelor's of Music Education from Central Michigan, Dave spent 5 years teaching in Sioux Falls, SD, where he sang with and directed the Sioux Emperians Chorus. He currently teaches middle school Band in Lakeville, MN, and was very happy to find a Barbershop Family with the Commodores.
